Barre offers a choreographed low-impact, high-energy workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and fitness principles to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Isometric exercises will focus on proper form with small, controlled movements set to music using a ballet barre for support.
Classes are designed for all fitness levels, total-body toning and improved posture, with an emphasis on targeting specific muscles to the point of fatigue.

I'm currently teaching Group Barre Classes at Dragonfly Yoga and Wellness downtown Livermore, CA. Not only are barre classes energizing and fun, you will feel like family in our class. Accomodations can be made for any fitness level or mobility issue. Please reach out with questions.
